About Me

My name is Kuba B. and I am a 37 year old man originally from Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyzstan is a beautiful mountainous country in Central Asia, known for its nomadic culture and love of horses. Although I am now living in The Woodlands, Texas, my heart still belongs to the wide open spaces and fresh mountain air of my homeland.

I moved to the United States around 5 years ago to pursue my entrepreneurial dreams. Since arriving, I have successfully founded 5 different Amazon shops that sell various products online. Running these shops has taught me so much about business, marketing, logistics, and connecting with customers from around the world. I’m proud of the success I’ve found but my journey has really just begun.

Around the same time I got into e-commerce, I also became extremely interested in the world of medicinal mushrooms and functional foods. This interest was sparked after a health crisis in my family that got me researching natural ways to boost immunity and vitality. For the past 5 years I have passionately studied the science, cultivation, and benefits of mushrooms like Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Turkey Tail. I am amazed by their healing potential and have incorporated them heavily into my daily diet and supplements. My goal is to educate others on how mushrooms can transform your health.

In addition to mushrooms, I am obsessed with overall wellness, longevity, and optimizing the mind-body connection. I exercise daily through weightlifting, yoga, and hiking. I also meditate, keep a gratitude journal, take cold showers, and try to minimize stress. Some biohacks I’ve experimented with include cryotherapy, infrared saunas, float tanks, and intermittent fasting. My aim is to live healthfully into my 100’s.

Last year I decided to step into the restaurant world, an industry I have always admired. I opened a high-end restaurant called The Chef that has been a wonderful creative outlet for me. I adore fine dining and experimenting with exciting new recipes. My approach in the kitchen is to make dishes that not only taste divine but also boost wellness. I try to incorporate superfood ingredients like mushrooms, avocado, blueberries, turmeric, and more into the meals. The Chef has gotten great reviews from food critics and I’m eager to expand in the future.

All in all, life has been an adventure so far! I’m originally from a small village in Kyrgyzstan and have now built businesses, studied health, and pursued my passion projects on the other side of the world. There are still so many goals ahead though – books I want to write, skills I want to learn, places I want to travel. I try to live each day with gratitude, purpose, and an open heart.

If my story resonates with you, feel free to reach out! I love connecting with kindred spirits and discussing entrepreneurship, personal growth, mushrooms, travel, food, and more. Social media has made the world feel small and I sincerely appreciate everyone who has encouraged me along the way. I hope my life inspires you to pursue your own unconventional dreams. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me!
